The old 3 seasons room was framed in to become a dedicated dining space with views to the newly landscaped backyard. We opened up the previously blocked wall to allow for a great flow on the first floor. We kept the original wood ceiling for some added character in juxtaposition of the modern lines.

The new converted porch turned dining room.

An outdated kitchen got a major upgrade with a more functional layout.

The newly integrated room fits seemlessly into the modernized kitchen.

The long bar becomes an entertaining hotspot.

A large opening into the former porch allows full views of the backyard. Plus it allowed us to extend the small(ish) kitchen into the former dining room - making it twice as large.

We carried the colors and clean lines into the entire living space.

The living room got a facelift with some fun and playful art and colors.

In dealing with such a tight space we opted for a shower curtain instead of glass door.

When the owners want a spa like bathroom in about 20 square feet of space, we rocked it out.

We handmade the clouds and picked a grass like, super soft carpet.

This sweet baby room turned into an enchanted forest.

This guest room went Moroccan.

The owner also used it as a meditation and yoga space.

Wall to wall storage in this dining room holds everything from serving pieces to games to handweights for easy access.

We used the Samsung Frame TV so the owners can change their art every day.

This extra space comes in super handy for throwing parties.

A fun guest room with the most comfortable bedding.

In this small master bedroom we used smart and custom storage solutions and a soothing yet energizing color combo.

We added a playful "hello" to the front door in this low maintenance yard. Custom house numbers made this home stand out.

This area got a major upgrade with fun floor tiles, custom wood desks, and wood slat columns.

A slick and functional glass wall adds a touch of modern while allowing this executive outpost to view the entire office.

A custom drop ceiling, mixed flooring, TVs, and warm wood accents add some serious WOW.

An old storage used was used for an expansion space.

Breakout room for team collaboration.

Casual break times.

The open employee hang out area integrates right into the open office floor.

A breakout room gets some separation from the hustle and bustle of the office with a glass wall.

The reception area features an interactive map.

To stick within the flooring budget, but still add interest we went with a 2 tone carpet.

The open office plan allows teams to collaborate.
